When you search
- How well it matches the words you typed.
- Our own store first among equals: when two items match equally well, the one sold by Pal Multi Store (DLCityShop's own shop) comes first.
- Then items the store marks as featured.
- Then newer items.
When you open an aisle
Items from our own store come first, then the newest.
When you pick an order
If you sort by price or by name, we show exactly that order, with no boost for anyone.
Delivery, stock and price
These do not move results up or down. Each item shows them: when it can reach you, whether it is in stock, and its price and offers. Some items, like tobacco, are shown only where we may sell them.
Ads
Businesses can pay to show an item, a shop or a property in places marked "Ad" and "Sponsored".
An ad is chosen by how well it matches, how close it is, its quality and what the business pays.
Ads never change the order of the other results. In a list, an item shown as an ad is not shown a second time. The first property in a list is never an ad.
We never use your age, religion, health or other private details to pick ads.
To report an ad, tap the ⓘ next to its "Ad" tag, then "Report this ad".
